Macy’s “eMAG” Associate Guide

The MAG (Macy’s Associate Guide) was developed as Flash movies that were slow to load and difficult to navigate. A new, responsive site was needed for ease of use by Associates. Maggie, the avatar, also needed an updated look.
A new site map was developed to better organize extensive content. Site was redesigned without Flash to make it mobile friendly and Maggie received a makeover. The eMAG was used for both Macy’s and Bloomingdale’s associates.
